Gardenstock

Art & Music Festival

Each year on the

Third Saturday in August

The community gathers to enjoy a daylong celebration of children, creativity and companionship.

Gardenstock Art & Music Festival benefits Sinnissippi Center's Gardening Program offering area youth an opportunity to learn valuable lessons through gardening. In turn, they donate the fruits of their efforts to local food pantries, a perfect circle.

Artists and musicians share time, talent, and treasure - making a day of peace, love, flowers, and one in which our community shines.

Fest goers bring blankets, chairs, coolers, and a giving spirit.

Food vendors offer up delectables for those traveling light.

A minimum donation gets you in the gate for daylong fun for the entire family.

Garden Program

Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. is a community based behavioral healthcare center that has provided quality care to the Illinois residents of Carroll, Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside Counties since 1966.

Sinnissippi is a fully accredited behavioral healthcare agency by The Joint Commission.

The Sinnissippi Center's Gardening Program provides valuable hands-on gardening experiences for the center's clientele and is a great tool to open lines of communication.

The Youth Gardening Program serves as an add-on to regular services and utilizes both clientele and people from the community to raise produce from a vegetable garden that in turn is donated to the Dixon Food Pantry.

By attending Gardenstock your support benefits the Youth Gardening Program and in turn benefits Dixon Food Pantry, a perfect "pay it forward" community spirited event.

Tent Reserve

Reserve a tent ($40) on the grounds for the day.

Tent reservation is a very popular option. Reservations start ONLINE in late June. To be fair, reserving is on a first come first serve basis. You can not reserve a tent at the shop. We apologize for any inconvenience. Online tent purchase is the only way to keep the reserve line in order.

Tents will be assigned. When you reserve a tent make sure to list AT LEAST your top 10 favorite tent numbers in order of preference in the comments field. We will assign your tent based on availability and your place in line.

NOTE: Tent reserve does NOT include wristbands. You will need to purchase wristbands either online, at store, or at the gate.

Tent reserve opens Monday, June 17 at 7am

Parking / Shuttles

Access to Gardenstock festival grounds is by shuttle only, with shuttle service between public parking and the festival grounds. There will be multiple shuttles running from 10a to midnight.

Public parking is available in south end of Shopko / County Market lot. If that fills we will open the back side of the CGH Dixon Clinic parking lot. Watch for Parking Status signs along Lowell Park Road.

Pickup / Drop off points at those lots will be designated by tents.

Please: No drop offs, taxis, or walking to Distinctive Gardens. The shuttle is there for you to use. :)

This is for safety reasons and to avoid backing up onto Lowell Park Road. Thank You!

Limited onsite parking is available to artists, musicians, food vendors and day-long volunteers only. A parking pass will be required.
